ReCirculate Collective is a U.S.-based initiative of S3IDF (The Small-Scale Sustainable Infrastructure Development Fund) a registered nonprofit organization that brings together values-aligned individuals to support circular and regenerative initiatives through pooled, philanthropic capital, strategic engagement, and community learning. ReCirculate Collective provides 0% interest loans and light-touch, non-financial support to both nonprofit and for-profit initiatives with U.S.-focused impact.

No. ReCirculate Collective operates through a wholly owned, single-member LLC of S3IDF (The Small-Scale Sustainable Infrastructure Development Fund). It is not a standalone nonprofit—rather, it functions under S3IDF’s 501(c)(3) umbrella. This structure allows ReCirculate Collective to maintain a focused mission and financial distinction while benefiting from the governance, oversight, and charitable status of its parent organization.

Yes. Membership fees made to ReCirculate Collective are fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Contributions are routed through ReCirculate Collective’s LLC, which is treated as a disregarded entity for tax purposes, means that donations qualify under S3IDF’s 501(c)(3) charity status.

Yes—absolutely. You can donate without becoming a Collective member, and your tax-deductible gift matters a lot: it directly helps us make more 0% interest loans to the circular and regenerative initiatives doing the real on-the-ground work. We could do this without you!

Along the way, we’ll share periodic impact updates and insights from across the ReCirculate Collective community.

Membership is designed to be annual, and we welcome members to join with a once-per-year contribution. Annual members receive access to Collective member features for 12 months from the date of their contribution.
We also offer a monthly contribution option for those who prefer it. Monthly membership remains active as long as your recurring payments continue; if the monthly contributions stop, your access to member-only features will pause until payments resume.

Yes. If you make a standard donation, you’ll receive an automatic email receipt/acknowledgment right away. If you sign up through Collective membership, we’ll email you a formal donation acknowledgment letter for your records.
In both cases, contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
