Loans are for U.S.-registered nonprofits and impact-focused for-profits advancing circular economy or regenerative solutions with clear impact in the United States.

We’re a fit for smaller, community-rooted initiatives—especially those that traditional funders tend to overlook.

Areas of interest include: reuse and repair; waste-to-value; regenerative agriculture/composting; shared-use models (tool libraries, reuse hubs); local logistics/production; circular design; and workforce models that link environmental and economic justice.

We offer 0% interest loans from $2,500 to $25,000 with terms up to 5 years.

Funds are flexible—usable for things like equipment, staff, operations, or growth—as long as it aligns with our mission and impact objectives in circularity, regeneration, and equitable community benefit.

Loans must be repaid, so we look for readiness to put flexible capital to work and a clear ability to repay—with repayment schedules that can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, depending on what best aligns with your cash flows.

We fund through quarterly cycles: after you submit an inquiry (and if it looks aligned), we’ll invite you to complete a full application during an open cycle.

Applications are reviewed after the close of each calendar quarter—that’s when the Collective discusses the invited applications. Since our capital is intentionally catalytic and finite, only a select number of loans are approved each quarter.

If approved, loans are underwritten and disbursed in the calendar quarter following the one in which your application was submitted.

Impact must be in the United States. We support initiatives rooted in communities across the country—local, regional, or national—as long as they advance circular or regenerative outcomes and contribute to a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future.

We’re especially interested in solutions that show up where “business as usual” doesn’t—projects serving places and people that are often overlooked, under-resourced, or excluded from traditional capital, and models that keep value circulating locally through access, affordability, good jobs, and community benefit.

The problems we’re up against—climate change, extractive economic systems, and persistent inequality—are linked; circular solutions can address them in a more holistic way.

We see circularity not as a niche concept, but as a systems-level strategy: redesigning value chains, reimagining ownership and access, and building practical models that restore rather than deplete.

These models are already taking root across the U.S.—but the capital to help them stabilize and scale is often the missing piece.

After submission, the Collective reviews invited applications; a limited number are financed.

If financed, you’ll participate in periodic check-ins and share outcomes-oriented updates (milestones, progress, lessons learned). Non-financial support—connections, mentorship, and visibility—may also be available alongside loans.
